YOU eat spinach salad? I am shocked. Your dear wife claims that you are picky and won't go within 10 feet of a vegetable;o)
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I often go within 10 feet of vegetables, I go to work everyday.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE fresh, raw spinach and I load up on it when ever I can. I am not a fan of it cooked, however.
If you ever visit a salad bar with me, you will see that I have a healthy appreciation for many vegetables, in large quantities.
In pay by the pound salad bars I have on several occasions of veggie gluttony exceeded two pounds.
Realizing that too much of even a good thing is a bad, I have recently been cutting back to no more than 3/4 of a pound.
